Getting Around

The closest airport to your accommodations is Bari Karol Wojtyła Airport (BRI). You will likely connect to and from Milan or Rome. If you prefer to not rent a car, a local bus service runs through town and an airport shuttle bus can take you to the railway station. If you're hoping to explore more of the region and beaches, a rental car is recommended. The Ferrovie Sud Est, a railway line, is a great way to view the countryside and connecting villages, including Alberobello, Lecce, and Otranto. If your flights to Italy begin and end in Rome, a train ride to Puglia will take about six hours. Ferry service to and from Greece also runs several times daily.
