Twice a week, yoga sessions are held at the Rendezvous Pavilion. The name of the game is Power Vinyasa, although more gentle modalities are available as well. All levels of ability are encouraged.

At the Water Sports Cabana at La Samanna, you can snorkel, paddleboard, rent gear such as kayaks and Hobie cats and more. Head into the waters of Baie Longue and beyond to discover a beautiful aquatic world.

A private boat that can host up to six passengers will take you on a four-hour deep sea adventure beyond the reef. The fee for rental includes your very own captain as well as fuel and fishing equipment.

Pull up a stool at Sunset Beach Bar, order a drink and watch planes headed to Princess Juliana Airport fly right overhead. Most exciting are the jumbo jets arriving from Europe. Check the flight schedule on the nearby surfboard.

Delicious Cuisine Française
St. Martin is known as the "Cuisine Capital of the Caribbean" and on the French side of this island, you will find incredible French food at every turn.
Trellis. On the property at Belmond La Samanna, Trellis combines traditional French food with a jaw-dropping view of the ocean. Local catch and fresh lobster is on the menu.
La Cave. Also at the resort, La Cave is an atmospheric wine cellar dining option that is ideal for a private group or a celebratory dinner. Your own tasting menu is offered by a private chef and paired with palatable French wines from the cellar's shelves.
Le Pressoir. Located in the town of Grand Case, this charming restaurant is tucked inside a home from the 1800s and is the recipient of numerous accolades. The award-winning chef dishes up French food with Creole influences.
La Cigale. Reservations are required for this family-run establishment, the doors of which have been open for over a decade. Stephane Genet mans his restaurant with the help of his mother and father.

The mild weather means that, no matter when you visit, you'll most likely have ideal conditions for windsurfing, snorkeling, sailing and more.
