Our journey begins at the foot of Mt. Meru, where we’ll stay on one of the world’s largest coffee plantations. From there, it’s onto Serengeti Under Canvas Grumeti, a classic canvas tented safari experience with an upscale twist. The camp is mobile, moving five times per year to better align with the movement of the Great Migration, the annual migration of wildebeest that takes place in Tanzania each summer. Morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti National Park grant you the opportunity to seek out leopards, lions, black rhinoceroses, buffalo, and elephants.

Onto Klein’s Camp—known for its vintage safari feel—where views from your personal veranda overlook the valley bordering the Serengeti and Masai Mara National Reserve, making for exclusive game viewing and thrilling game drives. The safari concludes at Grumeti Serengeti River Lodge, where you can watch wildlife meet at the watering hole, including a resident pod of hippos and the lion pride that frequents the area.
