Day 1
February 10, 2024 | Arrive in Santiago, Chile

• Arrive in Santiago and check in at The Mandarin Oriental, Santiago

• Light refreshments upon arrival and Inspirato hospitality desk will be available

• Welcome cocktail reception with expedition briefing at the hotel with passed appetizers, cocktails, beer, and wine

Day 2
February 11, 2024 | Transfer to Ushuaia, Argentina

• Fly to Ushuaia, a colorful town perched at the southernmost tip of South America

• Embark on the National Geographic Resolution

Day 3
February 12, 2024 | At Sea/Drake Passage

• Voyage across the legendary Drake Passage, and watch for whales and seabirds gliding alongside the ship

• Enjoy talks from our onboard naturalists about the wildlife and geology that await us on the Antarctic Peninsula

Day 4-9
February 13–18, 2024 | Exploring Antarctica

• With extended daylight hours at this time of year, we’ll make the most of our days, keeping a flexible schedule to take advantage of the unexpected—veering off course to watch orcas perform off the bow or enjoying an after-dinner Zodiac cruise

• We anticipate opportunities to take walks ashore, explore by Zodiac or kayak, and experience close encounters with penguins, seals, and other wildlife

• Our route will be determined by the conditions and the ever-changing ice

Day 10-11
February 19–20, 2024 | At Sea

• Enjoy the ship’s amenities as the Antarctic coast disappears from view

• Round the southernmost tip of South America, and see the meeting of the Atlantic and Pacific oceans

• Celebrate our voyage at a farewell dinner on board

Day 12
February 21, 2024 | Transfer from Ushuaia, Argentina to Santiago, Chile

• Disembark in Ushuaia

• After lunch, fly to Santiago by private charter, and connect with your overnight flight home
